They actually have one, it's very subtile though, I could crank it up.

Looking good, even though its not Amnesia, it has a similar, surreal feeling to it. Assets look nice, especially the old couch. One thing I can think of, which might just be personal taste, but I think it could use a little more contrast in the lighting. I did a quick edit of the image to try to show what I mean, hope you won't mind.I darkened the room in places like the roof, and lightened the window light. The fire I made brighter too. Might be overdone, but I think the scene has more visual interest with more contrast as opposed to a more even lighting throughout. I would also be tempted to try adding more of the smaller bits of crumbled plaster/dirt on the floor, too. Nice work!

Might as well post this here, not exactly meant to be amazing, but yeah.

Looks quite detailed. not exactly anything big but it's nice. i personally like the walls.

I'd also advise you to be careful with the lighting, since it's going under the furniture it can generally bring down a scene - I'd recommend you make a no light version of the lamp through the model editor, and then place the pointlights manually.

I've just removed the light from the lamp and i'm going to edit the map a bit

RE: Screenshot criticism thread - WALP - 10-05-2013

Is it just me does the lamp look a bit too large on the desk?

yeah its a bit large, its from aamfp so thats why.

RE: Screenshot criticism thread - i3670 - 10-05-2013

You can reduce the size of the lamp to 0.75, they did it aamfp.

Also, tiling is too small IMO. Increase it to something like 0.5
