I used torch_static texture, I made the light a bit more blue so the colour was more yellowish ^^

Sorry if it's too dark.
On the top picture the billboards are way too bright. Otherwise it looks pretty good. Second picture also look pretty good, can't really make out too much details from it though, since it's so dark.
