Hello
I Downloaded Gimp because i heard that there is a dds Exporter PlugIn for Gimp,but I can't find it anywhere.
Is there a jpg to dds exporter?
What's the best way to create a dds file?

You need to use either photoshop or gimp and then download the exporter for either gimp or photoshop. But because you use gimp use the link above
