Requiem is not remembering my preferences :/. At first I thought I would just run it as a admin because I figured Windows was not letting the game change the config. file but with admin. privileges it could
. I cannot do that though... so I went to steam -> steam apps and I cannot find the game file =.= to chance the run as admin option... help.I guess it is just a permissions error :/ thanks in advance.

Try deleting the folder from My Documents/Penumbra/ and see if it works when it gets to create fresh folders.
Go to the steam installation directory to find the game in a folder call commonapps or steamapps or something like that, there you can run it as admin.
