Because there are no resemblance between them. A launch DLC sharing the same armor style is not really a valid point if you ask me. Also that the video game dragon age would be featured in Mass Effect (as a video game) doesn't make it valid either. By that logic, the Shmup from Penumbra is clearly set in the same game universe, it doesn't make sense. And to further support my point, Mass Effect is set in our universe while Dragon age is set in a totally fictional world. RE: Amnesia Scares! - Killersoxfan - 03-22-2012 Thx for all the support guys >_> lol I'll be doing a Livestream in the near future of the next Amnesia custom story I'll randomly be picking. http://www.livestream.com/devinslivestream RE: Amnesia Scares! - Gasjockey - 03-22-2012 (03-22-2012, 07:09 PM)nackidno Wrote:oh my shit yes i was completely serious dont take the joke irony is not a thing(03-22-2012, 10:21 AM)Gasjockey Wrote:(03-21-2012, 10:20 PM)nackidno Wrote: They could be set in the same universe but they are obviously not. With the exception of gameplay (which doesn't even matter from a story perspective), there are no similarities between Penumbra and Amnesia, so even though it's always possible it's very unlikely that they are indeed set in the same universe. RE: Amnesia Scares! - eliasfrost - 03-22-2012 Irony on the internet is guaranteed to be misinterpreted. But given the nature of the interview I linked, it wouldn't have taken much extrapolation to figure out I was joking. RE: Amnesia Scares! - eliasfrost - 03-22-2012 I knew the article was a joke, but it's hard to know if someone is serious or not about things like this. Especially considering I have seen and talked to people who take these kind of things for its words. I should have figured it would be misinterpreted. RE: Amnesia Scares! - Killersoxfan - 03-31-2012 Can't wait to start on the next video.
