SNT is not a music file, it's a txt file with information about music file.
Open one snt file with a text editor to see how it works, and convert your mp3 to ogg file.

Just convert your mp3 file to ogg.
then copy a snt file and change the information in it .... espeacialy "filename" ... then place both files ( ogg and snt (both need to have the same name )) in your ..../custom story/MyCS/sounds
