so i am on to my 6th map and im putting in a library but in my third one i had the bookcases and everything set up correctly is there any way for me to copy those items from my third map into my 6th? thanks

Choose everything you want to export then file --> export objects then save them in your CS folder or something

I don't have my editor available right now, but have you tried Copy (Ctrl-C) and then (Ctrl-V)?
If the editor somehow clears the clipboard when it shuts down, can you open two editors at once?
If this fails, is there an export/import option in the menus?
