I want a poster and a castle, complete with npc's, for a horror roleplay experience at the night before Samhain, as it were Amnesia: The Dark Descent in real life. After that happens, I'd donate the castle to Disneyland/world; so they have a new attraction for the ones not easily frightened.

They are very dangerous for one thing. Frictional probably doesn't want to get sued for some idiot burning his house down, or making an Amnesia home movie in his basement and getting carbon monoxide poisoning.
One wouldn't expect them to make working ones, at most using a lamp and batteries.
So what was that other guy asking for? A lantern lunchbox essentially to place stuff in? Rather pointless and stupid.

No. Maybe I misunderstood. My idea was like a lamp oil container where you can carry something, like pencils, pens and stuff! I didn't want true lamp oil LOL

Tinderbox lighter of course. Although yeh its just a tube so not the most recognisable.


Thinking of what is the most visually distinguisable thing in amnesia and just brainstorming:

Grunts
Iron Maiden (toy of this would rock, or a poster or anything really.)
Lantern
Barrels
Candles (grunt head candle?)
Grunt halloween mask!
Rose related images are all good.
Grunt action figurine with jaunty walk action!


Besides that T-shirts and posters are your best bet. You would sell like 50 plushy toys to raving fanatics but there's no market beyond that.

I'd say avoid having clothing or caps with "Amnesia" written on the front as it just isn't cool to wear your favourite vidya games as it your favourite metal bands. Artwork or other ip from the game would be awesome and stands well on it's own.

I would say plushies of the Gatherers would be awesome (I remember seeing one lying in the fireplace in the Dermuel in the custom story "Diary of a Mad Man", have actually wanted one ever since!). Posters would be very cool, but not of the Gatherers themselves; I agree with other people on here that a poster of the rose from the cover would be excellent or even concept art would be good. I'm not a hat person myself so the caps wouldn't interest me personally, but they might work for a small group of people. Hoodies and T-shirts would be right up my street anyway.
