Opinion time!
Gruesome images and loud noises do technically qualify as scary, but they're the weakest kind of scare. Amnesia is far scarier. Sure, I cried a bit during that, but I never had to pause it and take a break for a few days. Amnesia inspires genuine horror that makes people just turn off their computer's, this is only temporary fear.

Incredibly stupid. It's slightly distressing but it does nothing with its "premise" except parody it. Seriously what the hell was with that dancing montage? Was that supposed to be scary? Also I really hate this style of editing in "horror" movies. If something is really horrifying a simple shot can convey it. All that combined with bad acting and bad digital effects make up for a pretty non-frightening and stupid clip.
