Archives Black Screen? - Hailfiretank - 06-01-2012 I purchased Amnesia yesterday, and LOVE it! Anyway, the problem: The game works fine (albeit a little slow, but that's my integrated graphics fault) until I reach the Archives map. It works fine for a bit, but then I reach a point where you fall to the floor and Daniel says stuff like 'I saw a blue light, and I stuggled to get to it' or something. After this, my screen just goes black. I can still use the in-game steam browser and push/quit the game, but the game itself (not the steam browser, monitor or pause menu) stay black. Help? I have searched through the forums but the only thing I can find is to lower the graphics and make sure that the card is updated using the 'have disk' method. I have done all of that, but still get stuck with a black screen on that part with the blue light. Attached my hpl as well. EDIT: So after more looking around the forums, it seems that the only thing left to do is to skip that part. Playing through it on the lowest graphics didn't work.
