Unfourtunatly not. The packages are just .bin files labeled setup-1.bin and so on to setup-39.bin. The downloader lists a total of 40 packages but from what I've read from other people who have used GG the last file is the setup executable.
However, I don't want to say that that is what it is; I'm just assuming that based on what I've heard. I appreciate your willingness to help but as I said, I'll see if Penumbra or others have any problems and if so it's most likely something to do with GG itself.
If it's not then I'll have to try and work through it with the staff at GG and see if I can find a solution.

It sets the directory to which the files will be downloaded to.
