Computer in messhall error - Phantom115 - 06-17-2012
So I played about 30 minutes of the game (penumbra Black plague) and Im up to the messhall and im at the computer, when i try to unlock the door by pressing unlock button the games crashes and goes to a black screen.
Plz Help
P.S. im not a tech expert

from where did you get the game, what graphics card do you have and what operating system?

P.S. its 32-bit

do a file integrity check. I need to know what graphics card you have btw, do so by using dxdiag

Did the file integrity check help? Try this: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonmob_win7-32.aspx Basically, make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card.

there are access errors so either administrator rights or corrupted files.

you can try but I don't know, there must be something wrong with your operating system or computer
