"Intel HD Graphics Family" - MayNyan - 06-20-2012 I'm having this problem with the graphics (All I see is Darkness) I've tried to follow your guide for updating graphics drivers, but all I have is "Intel HD Graphics Family" and no "2000", "3000" or whatever my computer is just like this picture but with the bottom two things and not the top one: http://img849.imageshack.us/img849/3416/39358181.png So I'm not sure which place to go to to update it and afraid to go for either one in case it messes it up. I'm far too scared to just go ahead with it anyway... On the screen before the install it's listing all the different 1000s... like this: ... I downloaded the driver linked to in 1a ... the file name is "win7_64_152612" RE: "Intel HD Graphics Family" - plutomaniac - 06-21-2012 You downloaded everything correctly, at the screen that you are stuck select the first one (Intel HD Graphics).
