Custom Story/mod/TC idea - hugholiver - 06-27-2012
I had a suggestion and didn't know where to put it, so if it's in a wrong section, please warn me, or move it.
Okay, it's just an idea I had that I think could be awesome. To make a custom story/mod/TC where you played as a child. It would explain not being able to fight the monsters. You could also turn the insanity system into a fear system, just by renaming it. If you stand too much in darkness, you, as a child, will be more afraid. If you look too much at a creature, you will become more afraid. If you get too afraid, you just fall to the ground and cry until you calm down.
It would be perfect for a not so gory, but psychological and subtle horror style story. Hope someone uses it.

There are already custom stories out there that put you into the mind of a child.

I believe there is also an original horror game coming out where you play as a two-year-old child. For the life of me I can't remember what it's called though. Looked scary as all hell.
