All of the cards need whatever the first program on the list is. And that also counts to the number of programs needed as displayed in the brackets.
As for which exactly, can't remember. But if you read the description you can figure it out can't you?

I got the same problem... I got the manual and I cant figure out witch programs to add to the interface
