hi, do you have the same problem i have?
sometimes some stuff in the editor wont save, my solution was to open MapView - open scene then exit it, an then all the entities appeared

I used to have a problem like that +/-. So I turned off Windows Vista UAC and I have no more problems, incase u dont want to turn it off then start saving ur maps outside program files.
Honestly Idk what was causing it, if thats not ur case I rly dont know what is going on.
