The freezing air and the things outside the windows look like a mess. Its just white boxes

Update graphic card drivers. If that does not work, turn off refraction in advanced graphics options.
EDIT: Before updating drivers, uninstall the old ones.
EDIT2: Move to correct forum.

I just had to turn on refraction.
