Community project - release 5/6 OCT :) - Acies - 08-12-2012

SHORT DESCRIPTION:
Create something awesome in 24 hours and send it to me. 24 hours is the "total work" time, and it doesn't inlude idling in chat etc. Make something awesome, I will promote it!
Rules:
- No notes
- No irresverisble player configurations




I will collect each map at the 19th (swedish time). Please do not submit something with crappy jumpscares. I will try my best to linik the maps together. Fuck illusions of story. We're going for something of high quality ~ If this does fail, welcome bad stories --> we are failure.

Notes:
- To participate in this make sure you create good maps
- No crappy jumpscares
- I don't know it all, but "bad maps" won't be included
- Love creativity
- Quality > Quantity



PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TALENTED MODDERS; I WILL DO MY BEST!

A "complete release" will occur once maps have been submitted and viewed. Believe in the amnesia community! <3

Final relese will occur by the last of august.



In short; Submit maps which I merge and then release as one single story.

On topic: I have participated in the 24 hour amnesia challange. The challange/teamwork posted by the "new member" was somthing I wouldn't do. Why? Because it was his first account, join the experienced. If people believe in what I create and do, please join in on this challange.

You may scoff at this and call this bullshit. CREATE AWESOME STUFF.

I never quite understood how these things are supposed to work; is you goal to create an uber custom story, or just have a ton of completely irrelevant mods crammed together?

The goal would be to create 1 single map which is awesome and then merge it together with the other submitted maps. Think of it as as a random mix of quality maps; instead of a spam of low quality maps.

To state it simply for you; spend 24 hours on 1 map or 5? Which one becomes the best? SUBMIT AWESOME.


Create something instead instead of assuming superiority. Most nooooobs (notice the amounts of "os") haven't created anything at all. At best they'd make something which I'd use as toilerpaper, while sitting on their high horses juding other creators.

NO-ONE WHO HAVEN'T CREATED SOMETHING SUPERIOR TO "THE AVERAGE" HAS A RIGHT TO JUDGE ANYTHING. THIS IDEA OF PSUDO-ELITE USERS WITH ZERO SKILL IS GETTING REDICULOUS. GET GOOD. PROVE IT. SUBMIT. PLEASE. THIS FORUMS NEEDS "GOOD/CREATIVE/AWESOME USERS".

I'll see if I could submit my map I've been working on for about a pointless week xD
EDIT:: I actually have three I wish to submit, after a few fixes. can I only post one?

I just don't quite understand... Amnesia is meant to have a story for you to immerse yourself with, at least something connecting the CS. But without even notes, how are you supposed to get the story going? Or is it just meant to be a jumble of scary maps with puzzles?'

Tell us what theme it's going to have, so that one doesn't create a "sanctum" like environment, and the other a cellar-based one.
