Diary is apparently troublemaking - FlawlessHappiness - 08-13-2012

i'm sorry if i shouldn't make another thread about this, but i've been reading different threads and tried different things but my diary keeps going directly into my pocket without showing up...

Today Justine invited me to the library. She seemed happy and excited. I was just as happy.
I'm glad she wants to see me again. We haven't done anything for months.
Even though we aren't officially "together", I feel that there is something between us.
Anyway she showed me my room where i am right now. It's dark outside, even though it is summer.
I can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring. I should get some sleep.

Today Justine came into my room quite early. She says she wants me to further into the library.
She seems quite excited about something she wants to show me. I wonder what it is.
I didn't even know the library what that big. She told me to dress up. Then she pulled a lever next to the bed.
It sounded like something moved at the entrance of the library. She told me to wait here, until she had done something.
She's calling now.

When i go into "Diaries" ingame i see the name of the diary "Adam's diary", but not the text inside of it...
Can anybody help me out here? Smile

Make sure you have the "OpenNoteInJournal" box checked in the level editor

No you are misunderstanding. I am using the diary entity.
diary_paper01.ent

And when i pick it up, it sounds like it is opening and closing at the same time, as if my sound file was empty. But it isn't...

This happened to me before, I dont remember howto fix it though xD, I think it had to to something witch the lang file.

EDIT:

I think i remember, put a [br] between <Entry Name="Diary_diary_adam_1_Text"> and[voice adam_1_page1.ogg][br] like this:

Mine isn't a FC so I made a folder called "CS_lang" and put the sound files in there. I think that is the problem.
