Question about HPL2 Engine - Nuxly - 08-19-2012 Hello there This might be a stupid question but I couldn't find a precise answer on the wiki: Can HPL be used to create stand-alone games, or just extensions for Amnesia? I'd like to start making games because I've had lots of ideas for a long time that I would really love to materialize. Unfortunately I'm not very good in that kind of programming so I'm trying to find something easy to use, that would be more designed for artists rather than experienced programmers without being to limited (yea maybe I'm asking too much ![]() I've looked at some examples of the HPL engine and it looks like something I can handle. I just can't be sure if it will allow me to create something from scratch. Any hint? Thanks ![]() RE: Question about HPL2 Engine - Your Computer - 08-19-2012 The HPL engine is open source, but HPL2 is not. You seem to be confusing the two. |
