Broken Keys D: - Itsuwaribito - 09-01-2012

oh hi!

so i checked the troubleshooting guide thingilybengunguly and couldnt find my problem. (maybe i didnt look hard enough?)

anyway, i encountered a problem. in the back hall where im supposed to find this key to the machine room to fix the elevator, i found the key, but cant put it in my inventory. i can pick it up and move it around and all sorts of fun stuff, just not... keep it...

sigh....

i was wondering if i just fail at this, or theres some file thats decided to corrupt on me or what... if its the latter, do you know which file it is? because thats an easy fix. but if a fail, what am i doing wrong? do i need to go do something first before (because sometimes games derp like that)?

erm. anyway. thanks in advance.

You need to throw the bottle against something to break it and then pick up the key that falls out.

maybe a full conversion custom story altered game files or something. Attach HPL.log as said in the sticky guides

Well, where's the hpl.log file? We can't help unless you give up that file.

It's in the "Documents" inside the user directory.
