Non-Steam Amnesia crashes at launch - Solum - 09-09-2012
So i recently got the Humble Bundle 5 (without Steam keys) and installed all the games, including Amnesia. But when i tried to launch it the screen flickered, the resolution changed, changed back and then this showed up:

I already read the Troubleshooting guides, but i still don't know how to fix this
I'm using a Laptop (Vaio VPCEB3E1E/PI) with Windows 7 64-Bit. The Amnesia Demo on Steam worked perfectly fine for me.

you have no video card drivers installed

Looking at the log, I saw "GDI Generic", which makes it obvious. You need to update your drivers. A demo isn't like the full version.
But anyway, update your video card's drivers. Don't ask, just do it. Report back if it works or not. We're here to try and help, aren't we?

Game demos aren't the same as full version games most of the time.
"GDI Generic"? That sounds like an outdated card.
