I'm afraid that card is incapable of running the game.
It is not up for the task of gaming. You'll need a better card for that.

One that supports the game, yes.
Make sure that graphics card supports at least 2.1.

You may also need to make sure the motherboard supports the GPU that you're going to buy. If you're not sure, you can post the name of the motherboard here. I think DxDiag can help there.
