Hi Frictional Games Forum,
Today I want to discuss an off-topic topic.
The title says it all, in what kind of (YouTube) videos are you interested?
This means, what makes you stay and what makes you watch the entire video?
Is it the commentator? the gameplay? the game that is played?
I really want to know!
For the ones that want to know why I want to know this, I make videos myself for fun and share them with YouTube.

Some reasons to why I would watch something:
# The person commentating - I watch a lot of day9 videos
# High resolution/good quality videos of the newest/upcoming games - To see graphical stuff
# Instructional videos - people who are good at what they do

The extent of my interests on The YouTube are:
-Gaming Commentators (a very select few, less than 3)
-Retro Gaming Commentators (the number of slender/happy wheels/mine-craft/amnesia LPs is absurd)
-Comedic stuff of any kind
-KotD (look it up, pretty awesome)
-Music (primarily piano/acoustic guitar, but all genres/styles are accepted)
To answer your more specific questions:
I watch a video in its entirety almost solely depending on the commentator (the gameplay/game itself hold very little importance to me).

In terms of gaming, I like those that are honest and well made. I also like to see some unknown and obscure games, probably why I like Cry and Northernlion a lot.
I also like to watch videos that are outside the box and take on a new formular of creating content.

I usually watch "GamingMediocrity" or "markiplierGAME" play certain games.
And in other cases, I just watch musical videos.

Only game-related? Speed and ghost runs, and certain parodies. Glitches can also be pretty cool to watch.
