i was thinking and i got an idea i think im going too start and work as a custom story tester so if anyone wants to hire me so i can test him/hers custom story i can be of asisstace

I dont think the CS/FG creators are going to actively seek you like that.
They are proberly more likely to just update the thread of their CS/FG with a "seeking beta testers", or something.
If you really want to get into this, I would recommend you try to find some CS/FG that has been in development for a while, and comment to ask if they could use a tester.
testing is always good.
