Penumbra Overture, Can't open in windowed mode. - Davilis - 10-23-2012
I have been trying to play Penumbra Overture in windowed mode but I couldn't find an option so I looked around online. I saw some threads saying to change some things in the "default_settings.cfg" but when I did that nothing happened. I would really appreciate some assistance.

default_settings are only used when there is no user created setttings file. Check My Documents/Penumbra Episode1/ to find the user settings file.
