RE: Bioshock Infinite - i3670 - 10-20-2013

The achievements I mentioned a few posts ago has been updated with information e.g. collect all audio diaries, killings with plasmids/vigors.

I thought episode 1 one would not contain combat.

Well, considering that Episode 1 has you playing once again as super-powered action hero Booker DeWitt, I'm surprised you assumed that. :p Bioshock, unfortunately, doesn't have the patience to let the player wander around and avoid its mind-numbing combat.

I care more about the second episode, as you'll be playing from Elizabeth's perspective and it's promised to be a creepier experience with an emphasis on creating traps. System Shock 2's emphasis on stealth was preferable to the overwhelming action of Infinite, and I'm hoping that Elizabeth's portion will be a callback to that.

Wait, two parts to BAS... does this mean you have to buy two different DLC's just to get the full story?

Yeah, there are two parts to Burial At Sea - Booker's is the first, and Elizabeth's will come afterwards. And yes, unless you blew $80 on the Season Pass like I did, you'll have to buy both expansions separately.

I'm a little tentative about the decision to return to Rapture rather than continue to explore Columbia. That seems to be the realm of fan-fiction or game mods rather than something I'd expect Irrational to do. Also, is anybody else surprised that Burial At Sea will somehow feature "Sky-Lines" in an underwater city?

Spoiler below!
lolwtf how will that work

80$ for the season pass? I payed ~27$ on steam for it.
