THE GTA Thread - Wooderson - 11-02-2012 Anyone else really looking forward to GTA V? The more I see the more I want! GTA Vice City was by far my favourite because of the 80's setting and soundtrack. San Andreas was good but seemed like too many pointless things to do. GTA IV was a little bit of a let down for me. I enjoyed it but it didn't feel so much like the others. It was too dark to be Vice City, too small to be San Andreas etc. I think GTA V will be a complete mix of all three, taking up ALL the best bits. It seems to have a much more luxurious style to it much like Vice City, it has the size of San Andreas, and the feel of GTA IV? This trailer is quite old now, new one is expected to be coming soon. RE: THE GTA Thread - Prelauncher - 11-02-2012 I'm really excited about the new GTA. I've always been a great fan of the series. I remember playing one of the old GTA games where you controlled your character in a top down perspective, hours of fun. My favourite GTA game would be San Andreas, it had in my opinion the best soundtrack and it was a really fun game to play with all of its storytwists and happenings. I wasn't let down by GTA IV, in fact I think it was a really good game. Sure it had a boring colorpallet and didn't have the best soundtrack. But it had the best story I think and great characters and great gameplay. I enjoyed the darker tone of the game as it became more of a parody of the criminal underworld rather than just a parody like the previous games. But the new GTA, I'm sure it will be a great game. Rockstar knows how to make a good game so I have faith in them making something bigger and better than the previous games. Since they've finally given us a window for release lets hope they'll give us more trailers and screenshots etc. than they've done so far. RE: THE GTA Thread - Solitary Walker - 11-02-2012 blump RE: THE GTA Thread - Wooderson - 11-02-2012 I loved the character Tommy in Vice City. And in general loved the references and heavy influence from films such as Scarface and Carlito's Way. One thing in GTA IV though was the multiplayer. They had proven that it could be a lot of fun, and has a lot of potential. YES it was extremely glitchy and nowhere near perfect, but it could be really fun next year. RE: THE GTA Thread - Wooderson - 07-10-2013 Revival. Here it is if you hadn't seen it already. CAN NOT FUCKING WAIT. RE: THE GTA Thread - Kreekakon - 07-10-2013 PC gamer over here is very sad...
