Anybody know what horror games are coming in 2013? - The Rock Worm - 11-03-2012
I know that Amnesia: A Machine For Pigs is coming in 2013, but any other horror games? Deep sea ones? Lovecraftian? A list would be good (trailers for them good as well).

Compared to Frictional Games, I would say this game isn't AS scary, because, at least from what the demo shows, the atmosphere alone is what is meant to scare you, instead of monsters, jump scares, and... naked flying men.
But hell, it does a fantastic job. In one part of the demo, I was almost shaking because the atmosphere was just so bone chilling and scary.
If you've ever played Scratches, this is made by the same guys as them, so if you like Scratches, you'll like Asylum even more.

Perhaps Tower22, but I don't know when it will be released, it's also possible in 2014 or 2015.
But it's definitely worth to follow this project.

How about Aliens: Colonial Marines?
It might not be much horror, but still. It's an Alien game.

Outlast looks challenging to play, considering you have to record the nightmares there for the world to know the danger while those dangers are after you! Hopefully it won't be like 'Blair Witch Project' (never saw it but didn't appeal to me, the shaking and just knowing only the camera survives kind of spoils it).

Dead Space 3 is coming next year. But as for the Alien colonial marines game. Dead Space 3 is hardly an actual horror game.
