What graphics card do you have?

First try uninstalling graphics drivers, restarting the computer and then installing them again.
TO take a screen shot, press F8 and then go in to the "redist"-folder in the installtion directory and the image is saved there. You can also use a program like fraps (fraps.com).

Go to Control Panel, Add / Remove Programs and then find the Catalyst Display driver in the list.

Also make sure you have the latest drivers.
