I believed and feared this until the second paragraph. I couldn't see how Penumbra could get to "pumping the muscles". I knew then, it had to be a joke.

I'm not sure if it's positive yet, but they have the green light to. In fact they're already developing a new engine for it (cough cough, updated engine. Will have a completely different graphical look than penumbra did, but still have the same requirements)
The good news is their team of 3 people (+ some randoms) to well over 30 people with 3 successful bank heists.

I heard Penumbra III Back with a Vengeance would use the Fiend engine, to get a better feel for the genre.

Today I read that You are really going to release another Penumbra
First I read it, I though someone didnt know that this is a joke but it looks its not http://ve3d.ign.com/articles/news/38086/Requiem-for-Penumbra .
