Scary Amnesia-style monster request - The Rock Worm - 12-18-2012

I'm still busy with my life, but today while browsing images of Lovecraft's 'Chthonian' monster, I stumbled upon this http://forum.unity3d.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=29712&stc=1&d=1327005379

This Chthonian model was made by John Inman (aka Agent-X). He did a superb job on making this creature. Seeing this monster gave me an idea. Considering Amnesia's human/monster hybrid designs, how about one or more of the following to add to Amnesia...

1--'Chthonian' Naga: Normally a 'naga' is a human torso with a snake lower half. In this case, the lower have is a worm-like monster and the torso is a mix between human and predatory worm/'Chthonian'. To make things interesting, how about a female one (clothed in a beat-up miner get up lets say).

2--Humanoid: Similar concept to above, except the lower half is human with monster worm0like qualities.

3--Pure 'Cthonian': In case you want a worm chase with a creature that has a long reach.


If any of you are great at making new Amnesia monsters, speak up and let me know if/when one or more of these can be done! Smile

Rock Worm, can I ask you to try to keep all of your spontaneous monster and story ideas to one or two threads please? You keep making new ones over and over.

Okay,I know the other guy said you really like monsters but,I gotta say,you REALLY like monsters.

I know you say you're busy, but you would have a blast learning to make this stuff in Zbrush/Mudbox. There are loads of tutorials out there that will more than get you started, and even if you can only make the model, people might be willing to help with the animation and things.

I have a lot of things going on atm so I don't have much spare time
