Orphan Works Legislation - WindexGlow - 04-15-2008 Most of you probably haven't and don't care about the Orphan Works Legislation. Basically, if you make a form of physical art (picture, animation, ect) you have to pay a annual fee to keep it liscenced. Not paying this would allow anyone to steal the work, without giving credit. Under our current laws, everything is pretty much copyrighted the instant it's made.
