I went to your site before posing this, but I'm completely lost, (and very computer illiterate!)
I installed my Amnesia, Dark Descent today, there were no problems with that. At first it let me choose options and there was sound. It went all the way to the captions with voice, but then the voice and music cut out, the screen was black and I couldn't get any of it back.
When I looked up what my graphics card was, it said Mobile intel R graphics and Radeon (IM) HD 6490M.
I did try to follow the instructions on your site, but seriously, its all greek to me. Will my computer play this game? I don't know if it helps, but its an hp laptop windows 7 Pavilion dv7-6135dx
