What's Your Apocalypse Plan? - CarnivorousJelly - 01-10-2013

We survived 21/12/2012, so obviously* we need to prepare for the next apocalypse.

I'm curious (read: searching for ways to save my own butt by reading) what you would do in an apocalypse caused by:

1. Natural disaster such as fire, flood, sun exploding etc

2. Monsters such as zombies, vampires, werewolves, and what-have-you

3. Plague-based, think Black Plague

4. Alien invasion

5. Sentient robot takeover

I would...

1. Go do something crazy, because, well, we're all gonna die Big Grin Ooooh, maybe surf on a tsunami wave or skydive into an active volcano! Or just stare at the sun for a really really long time through binoculars* because it's just plain stupid and fun.

2. Run into the mob of monsters screaming "I HOPE YOU CHOKE ON MY INTESTINES!" Far better to die like that than to become a zombie/werewolf/vampire/(monster-of-your-pleasure-here)

3. Sustainable farm on a boat in the middle of the ocean with a water-distilling machine. Seems legit. Not that I have the design for one of these things yet but hey, I'll just wing it ;D

4. "Sneak" on to the alien ship and go for a joy ride. If I'm going to be dissected and probed, might as well do something completely stupid and fun first Smile

5. I would die. Quickly. Me and electronic devices are thick as thieves Tongue

1. I'd just stay where it's safe and let the fireguys handle that.

2. Fuck this shit... Where's my gun? Bang(As in a gunshot) *Suicide*, unless there are rescue helicopters. Then i would go there first.

3. I like the idea of a farm-ship. Why not? Maybe we could stick together?

4. I guess i'd just stay in my house. Watch the news.

5. What can i do agains robots? I don't know. Waterfight? I should probably also commit suicide there.
