Okay so i was downloading the penumbra pack and i had to go with my laptop somewhere and the WiFi disconnected and it canceled. How do i restart the download without paying again? Please help!

so i was really excited to download the penumbra pack on penumbragame.com then i had to leave somewhere and the wifi dissconnected, even though i paused the download it cancelled. i need a way to restart the download without paying again. also i downloaded it from frictional games when it asked which store. i am unsure if this is normal but the down load went from 8 minutes to 4 hours before it cancelled.
