I've recently downloaded a full conversion onto my Mac, and being a complete newbie when it comes to Macs, is it possible to start the full conversion? I can only open the .bat file with a text editor, and the same goes for .cfg's.
Is it possible to play full conversions on the Mac?

yes it is, I think it is mentioned how in the faq for mac on support frictionalgames.com. also some downloads should contain a read me with info. q
