Fall into the windows - Sandak - 05-04-2008

Hi all,
i have a problem. When I click on New Game, the game fall into the windows. I reinstaled the game threetimes, but any change. I have graphics card ATi Readeon HD 2600 PRO 512MB and Windows XP. Can you help me, please? Thanks..

Please post the contents of your hpl.log file. This should be located in "My documents\Penumbra\Black plague"

Could you paste the log here? It opens with notepad.

Try updating your sound card drivers. If that still does not help, make sure that sound hardware and environmental sound (EFX) is off.

Thanks a lot. I turned off EFX and sound hardware and now it is working. I´m going to try update my sound card drivers.
