The question is will they decide to do it or not.
I'm sure that they're capable. What I meant was that it is a question of budget. If they are to develope multiplayer they would have to "take resources" (time+money) from something else they'd "theoretically" spend it on; meaning storyline/the engine/other features would suffer.

Even though it might seem as easy as "hire netcoder - it's almost no cost" it most certainly is not Smile Developing gameplay/games is a delicate process which always takes more time than one might imagine.

Ultimately, it's as you say, it's their decision. They can decide to develope multiplayer at the cost of something else, deeming the benefits of multiplayer be greater than the "feature" lost.

TLDR; There is no free lunch.

Have you played the survivors beta well I can tell you it was not very big or detailed and the characters were totally gay, but it gave me alot of scares.
And if 4 MALE construction workers alone in a forest being chased by a werewolf can scare us then this worm sure can.

The frictional cant put in amnesia a multiplayer, but can put cooperative ( coop ) of the single history ... ( my opinion) I dont know how the frictional can that (put multiplayer) but if can. how? i dont understand very good, if yes. How is the maps? what is the monsters? skin design of the player? (...)

Hey guys, Afroduckie here. Me and my friends have been chatting about Amnesia a lot, and we thought about what Amnesia: TDD would be like with a multiplayer mode. Say it is like Zombie Panic: Source. Once you die, you either respawn normally or as a Gatherer. It would be super cool to see some Amnesia multiplayer. Maybe you could all work together? Tell me what you think...
