Can only see text, and listen to audio. - Standup - 04-02-2013

Hey there, check the image below, i can only read text and hear sounds... But i can't see anything through those glitched pixels.

I bought the game as soon as it came out and had the same problem, in fact i couldn't even run it the first time, but then updated my drivers and was able to do it. Then this weird bug showed up and it was driving me nuts, i came over the forums back then and read everywhere i wouldn't be able to play it... I wouldn't listen to that because i had already bought the game so i managed to make it work, but i don't remember how i did so...

I couldn't complete the game the last time so i wanted to play it again and it is driving me nuts again, it's been days and i can't seem to find the fix to it again! I have the same computer, same specs, same windows...

Windows XP
G41 Chipset Express

Please don't tell me i can't run it on this integrated videocard because i managed to do it the first time.

P.S: I have tried installing HD drivers because i thought that it was what i did back then, but that just bugged out my screen so i had to go on safe mode and uninstall those drivers... I guess this wasn't what i did back then...

Edit: Sorry for saying "Back then" this number of times lol..

Chipsets are NOT campatible. And give me the memory size, processor power (2.0 Ghz), and the HPL.log in My Documents/Amnesia/Main

Also, where did you get the game?

Well, i was able to play it before...


RAM 1.87GB / PROCESSOR 2.59GHz / 1gb VIDEO

I'm now realising that it says "G41 Express Chipset" and also says "GMA 4500"

Whatever it is, it has to be compatible because i was able to run it...

P.S: I got it on steam back in 2010 if i'm not mistaken..

this does not look to be from steam and these cards are not supported due to bad intel drivers and certain hardware limitations
