Dunno if this was already planted, if so forgive me. I downloaded the Amnesia Level Editor and whenever I open it, pops up this window.

Sorry if it's in spanish, it's my lenguage so I have nothing to do about it.
Someone please help, do I need this file and insert it on the dll file? If so how do I do this and where can I get it?

install the editor in the correct directory, the game's one. Together with Amnesia.exe

You mean the folder containing the editor, or the editor in the same folder as the game? Anyways, none of them worked.

Actually, pluto if im not mistaken, the level editor is not supposed to be installed in the same folder as Amnesia exe. Like this D:\Program Files\Amnesia - The Dark Descent
it's supposed to be in redist folder, because i remember having the same error and i just moved the editor into the redist
so OP, try installing it here D:\Program Files\Amnesia - The Dark Descent\redist

If the game is from steam then there is no redist folder. And for the retail one, redist folder contains the Amnesia executables.

Indeed, the game I downloaded came with the redist folder so yeah, I placed it there and worked. Thanks, this can be locked.
