This story is a part of our, Russian, school program of literature, it sayes about sacrefise for all of people, that were lost, afraid and doomed, he wanted to give them a hope, but not smart people deside to die in a swamp, but don't go after him. And then he cut his own hart to show them his love to all mankind. He died but show them the right way to the freedom. It's analogy with capitan of ship.

Ah, i'll look it up. Being in australia, i miss the finer details of foreign culture. Seems an interesting story, but for me and cryostasis , it kinda made me confused Tongue:

The only survival horror games I've played have been mentioned here, suck and have been mentioned here, aren't actually survival horror and have been mentioned here, or suck and aren't actually survival horror and have been mentioned here.

Nevertheless, one may wish to play STALKER for its dark atmosphere.

Great...
Thank you, Remedy! For NOT releasing Alan Wake for PC... -.-
It's official information.

They said that they want to focus on Xbox 360 release.
I can't really tell what site could have that news in english though...

If someone finds it, please, post it here.

From what I understand, they never told that would not release the game for PC. But to focus on release for the XBOX 360. It also depends on Microsoft. Since they are the publishers.

It was on they're website: 'Exclusive on PC and Xbox 360' at the main menu of it.
Some time ago, when I last time checked it...

If you remember, it was going to be a vista release. So to reformat it and what not, easier to scrap it.

Yeah, it is kinda sad, it would've been nice to play it on pc... But xbox's are so cheap these days compared to the other consoles.
In my opinion, microsoft are marketing ver cleverly. with halo 1 and 2 being on pc... wanna play the third? Get an xbox.
Gears of war, for pc and xbox... Dead sexy... gow2... "XBOX NAO!"
Now their doing it to really hyped games.
ridiculous.
