hopefully propper 3DS MAX support, or just support for it in general. TDD is a bastard to use Max with.
What problems do you have with 3DS MAX? It seems to work fine for me if you have the openCOLLADA export plugin. And I highly doubt minor changes to the engine would affect importing of meshes/materials. Probably more along the lines of adding more functionsWhich is always a good thing!
I have Open Collada but when I import meshes even when I change the unit scale or the scale of the model it's self it still reads at an off size in the editor, I can't import custom rigs, for example I made a new set of hands to test out and the editor just crashes unless I use the default bones which I'd rather not.
