From what I've seen, you used somebody's models in your mod. Have you asked a permission to use them from the creator yet?

Irrelevant at the moment. Help him with his problem, then ask that. You seem to do more "policeman" work in the forums than directly answering questions...

On-topic:
Delete the .map_cache in the folder that holds your main menu map if there is one.
