Hello,
I have a physical game disc bought from a store. My disk drive will not recognize the disk. This is the only disk it will not recognize. Every other disk I have put it runs without a problem.
I have a CD key for the full version of the game. Is there a link online where I can download the full game and put in my key.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, you can go back to the retailer that sold you the game and return it or exchange it for a new disc. The CD key is only to activate the CD copy of the game and is not a working product key for an online copy of the game.
