Monster Disappears - summit - 08-23-2013
Hi guys, in my custom story, when I killed by a monster, that monster disappeared when I respawn.
My question is,
Will the same thing happen in the main game?

It always does. The monsters always disappear when you respawned. With the exception of the Justine suitors, who do not de-spawn.

NO, he's wrong.
They'll despawn regardless when you die.
The Justine monster however NEVER despawns following the basic despawning rules of the other monsters, unless it is you to remove them manually, but this is when you're alive.

The main game varies it's enemies despawning rate. For example, some grunts will leave when you die, but set piece moments in the game will always respawn their enemies.
