Couple of interesting bits from the rockpapershotgun review:

Another aspect which grated was the children-as-apparitions aspect, which time and again haunts horror games and films.

Looks like those of us who guessed the apparitions where children we're correct.

...when I did eventually encounter one of the true, physical abominations that stalk the game, I expected it to disappear. Rather than being horrified when it did attack me...


Looks like the first instance of a monster in the game isn't imaginary like in TDD.


From the polygon review, an interesting tidbit about the story:

He finds himself avoiding horrific creatures and attempting to catch up with a saboteur wrecking the very machinery that may save the twins.

In the sewer level, there's also another enemy, a big fat fucker. definitely a PIG. they appear when the machine takes over london, looks like the blitz. THERE APPEARS TO BE A THIRD ENEMY!
