Gamma Slider Bug (video) - Tyguy - 09-10-2013 When I adjust the gamma slider it quickly reverts back to whatever the default setting is set to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9T4kITU_ZI0&feature=youtu.be I have a Radeon HD 6 series and a 64 bit system. I've tried updating my driver with no luck. The game is simply too bright and easy to navigate so I don't even need a lantern. What can I do? EDIT: IF YOU ARE USING FLUX YOU NEED TO DISABLE IT AND IT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. RE: Gamma Slider Bug (video) - jens - 09-10-2013 If you use f.Lux it might be the cause, or if you have a similar utility. Out of curiosity, do you know why this conflict exists? This is the only game that I know of that doesn't play nice with flux. RE: Gamma Slider Bug (video) - jens - 09-10-2013 Guessing because the game uses OpenGL and most other games use DirectX. RE: Gamma Slider Bug (video) - Tyguy - 09-10-2013 I had a similar problem with TDD so that explains it. I'm glad we got to the bottom of this as I'm sure many people were facing the same issue. Thanks jens. |
