Well, I've put myself in quite a tough spot. I presume I opened a door that should be locked and went inside to find that the house was bugged.

Here you see on the west side of the house you can go into another house through the window and on the side you can see out of the map.

Where the stairs should be, at the end you can see outside but there is an invisible wall.

There appears to be another floor that I can't get to. Also no roof.
So my question is: Is there a way to get out? NoClip?

So are you stuck? If you are you can try to load a previous save, and take actions so that you do not again come into a bugged area.

A bit of a spoiler. Is this the house where the children ran out through the door? How did you get in after they ran out?

I think it's just around the corner
What I think should have happened was that the door slammed shut in front of you, but because I was sprinting I was able to open it and enter before that was triggered
