It still shows on the store but the option to purchase is unavailable. Is this due to the same publishing issue that Black Plague has?

No this is due to a step in fixing the availability off Black Plague on Steam

That's great, thank you FG! Also, it seems cheaper than before. Is that a deal or standard price? I'll definitely buy this to have Amnesia TDD, AMFP & Penumbra at steam.
